Service: Probo.CI
Operated by: FlyingFlip Studios, LLC
Effective date: August 1, 2026
Status page: status.probo.ci

This document explains what customers of Probo.CI can expect regarding uptime, maintenance, data handling, and support. It applies to all Probo.CI accounts, including trial and paid plans.

In short: Probo.CI is a testing and preview platform, not a hosting or storage service. We aim for high availability, we tell you about maintenance in advance when we can, and we support you based on your plan. The sections below explain how each of these works.

1. Scope

This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) describes how Probo.CI is operated, maintained, and supported. It applies to every customer and user of Probo.CI, on any plan, including free trials.

Probo.CI is a continuous integration and collaboration platform. It builds temporary preview environments for web sites and applications so teams can review and test changes before they go live. Probo.CI is a testing tool. It is not a hosting platform, and it is not designed to run production sites.

This SLA works together with the Probo.CI Terms of Service. Where the Terms of Service address billing, account termination, or legal liability in more detail, that document controls.

2. Infrastructure & Uptime

Probo.CI runs on dedicated physical servers, which we use for their performance benefits. These servers are located in Franklin, Tennessee, and are not currently distributed across multiple regions. A significant event at our facility may temporarily disrupt service, but we maintain fallback systems designed to restore service in a timely fashion.

Uptime target: We work toward 99.99% uptime across all Probo.CI services. This is a performance goal, not a guaranteed or warranted level of service. It does not by itself create a right to refunds, service credits, or damages.

3. Notifications

We tell customers about downtime in the following ways:

  • Planned maintenance or downtime is announced by email and posted to status.probo.ci ahead of time.
  • Unplanned or unexpected downtime is posted to status.probo.ci as soon as we’re aware of it, and may also be sent by email depending on severity.
  • Ongoing updates during an incident are shared in the Probo.CI Slack channel.

4. Data Handling

Data stored on Probo.CI is temporary, or “ephemeral.” This is intentional: Probo.CI is built to preview and test changes, not to store them permanently.

  • Probo.CI is not designed for permanent hosting of any site or product.
  • Probo.CI is not designed for use as a production environment.
  • Test environments may occasionally need to be rebuilt.
  • Your application or service needs to be configured correctly to work with Probo.CI, including the required Probo configuration files. You are responsible for making sure your application and its Probo configuration are set up correctly for your own testing needs.

Because environments are temporary, keep your source code and any data you need to keep in your own repository or storage system. Probo.CI is not a backup or archival service.

5. Software Maintenance

We perform regular maintenance on the Probo.CI software. This includes, but isn’t limited to:

  • Operating system updates and security patches
  • Software updates and security patches
  • Data migration that may be required as part of platform updates. We do not modify your data as part of this process.
  • Upgrades that add or change functionality
  • Improvements to how the platform works

We don’t warrant that the Probo.CI software will run without interruption or without errors. When problems come up, we address them with urgency and accuracy.

6. Hardware & Infrastructure Maintenance

We also maintain the physical hardware and network infrastructure behind Probo.CI. This includes, but isn’t limited to:

  • General server hardware maintenance
  • Hardware upgrades, additions, or component replacement
  • General infrastructure maintenance, updates, and upgrades
  • Networking changes
  • Equipment additions or changes
  • Relocation to an alternative service provider, if ever needed

7. Support

8. Service Provided “As Is”

Probo.CI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Because Probo.CI depends on regularly maintained software and hardware, it can experience occasional errors or interruptions. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.

Full terms covering liability, indemnification, and remedies are set out in the Probo.CI Terms of Service, which governs alongside this SLA.

9. Governing Law

This SLA is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. If a disagreement about this SLA comes up, we encourage both parties to first work toward a resolution in good faith. If that isn’t possible, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this SLA from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the update to status.probo.ci and, for material changes, notify customers by email.
